About

Hi, I'm Paige.

I'm a Registered Dietitian who works virtually with adults across the U.S. who are tired of dieting, tired of food guilt, and tired of starting over.

How I got here

Ten years of watching what works, and what doesn't.

I've spent the last decade as a dietitian. I started in hospitals in Atlanta — intensive care, general medicine, the full spectrum. Then eating disorder treatment centers in Denver, across every level of care. I saw the same pattern from both ends: smart, capable people trying harder and harder at a version of eating that was never going to hold.

Now I'm in private practice, virtual, from just outside Charlotte, North Carolina. I work with adults who have been trying to fix their relationship with food for years and are ready for a different frame.

I earned my bachelor's at the University of Florida and completed my dietetic internship at Meredith College. I live with my husband and our dog, Walter. On weekends, we hike.

How I work

Non-diet. HAES-aligned. Curious over critical.

My approach is non-diet and HAES-aligned (Health at Every Size). That means I don't prescribe meal plans, I don't chase weight loss as the outcome, and I don't grade what you ate this week. The goal is a relationship with food that holds up on the hard days, not just the calm ones.

Most of my clients come in already knowing a lot about nutrition. Knowing wasn't the missing ingredient. The work is in the practice: getting the order right, having someone in your corner when a week goes sideways, and hearing a calmer voice in your head when you're standing at the fridge at 9 p.m.

Sessions are one-on-one, virtual, and often covered by insurance through Nourish. For clients who want a structured start, I also run a 12-week program with a defined shape and a founding rate.

Depending on how you found me, you might already be looking for a specific thing — an intuitive eating dietitian, a non-diet dietitian, or a fully virtual dietitian. Same person, same work. Each page just answers the questions people ask on the way in.
