Will this price go up?

Founding rate is locked for this first cohort only. Standard rate is $1,397 / 3 × $499 starting with cohort 2.

How is this different from working with Paige on Nourish?

Nourish is session-based clinical care, often covered by insurance. This is a structured 12-week program: a kickoff, two phase check-ins, a program-complete call, direct email access throughout, and an interactive workbook you keep. Some people do both. Many do just one.

Do I need to show up at a certain time each week?

No. You move through the phases at your own pace. The scheduled moments are the kickoff (60 min), two phase check-ins (30 min each), and the program-complete + alumni transition call at the end of Phase 3.

What does "private email access" mean?

You can email Paige directly between calls. She responds in writing within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. No voice memos, no scheduling, no community manager in the middle.

What if I need more support than the calls and emails?

Most clients don't, given the rhythm of kickoff + two phase check-ins + program-complete call + email. If you want a fuller weekly cadence, work with Paige 1:1 through Nourish instead. That's the better fit.

Is this covered by insurance?

No. This is a private-pay program. For insurance-covered sessions, you can work with Paige through Nourish.

When does it start?

You start when you're enrolled. Paige takes 4-6 clients into the program each quarter so you actually get her attention. After your application is approved, she'll reach out to schedule your kickoff call.

What do I get if I graduate the program?

Three things: lifetime access to the interactive workbook (with all future updates), a $99 alumni rate for 1:1 cash-pay sessions if you ever want to come back for a single session, and an open door for the occasional question.

Is the interactive workbook included? Do I get to keep it?

Yes. The workbook is part of the program, not a separate purchase. You keep access for life, and any future updates land in your account automatically.
